On 14 March, our culinary journey will take a turn when the Reichhalter's talented chefs swap their chef's coats for traditional Japanese Happi. On this special evening, they will whisk us away to the fascinating world of Japanese cuisine with an exquisite menu that will revitalise the senses.

The stars of the evening are undoubtedly the top-quality fish, which are transformed into masterful creations such as sashimi and sushi. Each slice of fish, handled with care and respect, tells a story of freshness and craftsmanship. This maritime spectacle is accompanied by a hearty miso soup that warms the soul and whets the appetite with its deep, umami-rich flavour.

Our culinary journey begins at 7.00 pm with an aperitif, the perfect prelude to an evening full of flavour explosions and convivial get-togethers. It will be an evening that will appeal not only to our taste buds, but also to our hearts.
