Fresh from the field, straight to your plate. At 1477 Reichhalter, we have always valued fresh, seasonal, and regional ingredients. This special evening was therefore dedicated to our Garden to Table philosophy. We grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables on our very own field, the Arnica Acker, adjacent to the partner hotel Villa Arnica in Lana. What we don’t grow ourselves, we source from local farmers.

For this special occasion, our chef Andreas Heinisch created a vegetarian menu inspired by the fresh treasures of the season. Guests savored surprising culinary highlights crafted from the abundance of our gardens.
