In june, our 500-year-old wine cellar will transform into the setting for a rustic Tavolata. Where wine once matured in barrels, we serve the finest regional quality speck by Hannes Mair. Look forward to an authentic South Tyrolean Marende, featuring freshly pickled vegetables from our own Arnica Acker and a carefully curated selection of cheeses.
