RH goes Wild

Over the years, our Wild Dinner has become a cherished event here at 1477 Reichhalter. In the Alpine region, wild game cuisine holds a timeless appeal, with the flavors of game meat from the surrounding forests offering a true gastronomic delight.

This year, the evening begins with a shared aperitif in front of the house, accompanied by hunting horn players, creating a festive atmosphere. At the core of the dinner will be a stag from the nearby forests, transformed together with the finest regional ingredients into authentic South Tyrolean dishes. With great attention to detail, our chefs bring the flavours of the Alps to our cosy Stube.
