Hirschen x RH
The good life in Lana.
Our friends Pia and Peter Fetz from Hirschen in the Bregenzerwald came to visit, and together, we presented an exquisite 6-course menu. Three courses were created by the Reichhalter kitchen team and three courses by the Hirschen’s chefs de cuisine, Jonathan and Raphaela Burger.
Their cuisine is defined by regionality, seasonality, and a refined sense of reduction - clear, purist, and full of depth. With great respect for product and origin, they combine traditional roots with modern techniques, working with open fire, fermentation, and whatever nature has to offer. Together, we created a culinary experience that brought out the very best of our regions - honest and authentic.
After dinner, the Fetz siblings showcased their DJ skills and entertained with beats to get you moving. A convivial evening featuring the finest flavors of the Alpine region.
